This was an outstanding PERFECT, stylish & uncluttered space. It had absolutely everything, including coffee pods, cookies, tea, milk & snacks. The bedding was beautiful & an electric fan helped on warmer evenings. We absolutely loved our stay. We were all very sad to leave. The location was incredible, easy access to the city but with a thriving street of cafes, shops, restaurants & nail bars. The free parking space was so convenient & helpful. It was so special, I want to keep it a secret

Really nice comfortable stay. Spacious room, nicely decorated, with a big comfortable bed and a clean, modern ensuite bathroom. Lots of options provided to make yourself a cuppa which was appreciated. Easy self check in and self check out. Lovely communicative host. A few continental breakfast items available in the room - please note the cafe downstairs (independent from the guesthouse) has pretty limited hours so early risers need not plan to eat breakfast there

Adel was a fantastic host. Nothing was a trouble and so friendly. Unfortunately we didn't have breakfast there as had family staying at Naburn lock caravan park so spent our time there but definitely will next time we book. Can't wait. 👌👏Even little fridge in room with milk etc and complimentary fudge. Unfortunately only had half and forgot to take rest home with me. 😞 Thanks Adel, see you again soon 🥰👌
