We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at Sneaton Castle. The room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. Everything was well maintained. The attention to detail was very good. The breakfast was plentiful and very tasty. We dined at the restaurant one evening and the food was first rate. Great chefs here. They even created a special birthday cake which was the best we have had period. I could not fault Sneaton Castle in any way.

We loved our stay at The Wheeldale and won't hesitate to come back! Immaculately clean room, lovely staff and we slept great during our stay. Check-in was quick and simple and we got some handy tips for the area. Shower pressure was very good too (which I personally find important).

Clean and comfortable. Everything provided. Welcome pack. Free wifi. I enjoyed watching free Netflix etc on tv. Lots of hot water, central heating and a good shower. Nice Patio to sit out. Chippy was very good, only a few doors down. Easy for us to walk into town, although a bit of a steep hill coming back. Handy to have free parking nearby, but its first come first served and not dedicated to this property..which we didnt realise when we booked. Comfy beds with spotless fresh bedding. Everything was lovely and clean. Overall it was superb.

Great location with free parking until 1st March in the surrounding streets and council ran car parks. The room was lovely, comfortable bed with amazing sea views. What more could you ask for.

The room we had was just a basic double. It was clean, warm and comfortable with a view of the Abbey over the rooftops. The breakfast was fair but I thought the bacon was too hard to cut or eat, sausage ok and the fried egg was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked the hotel by searching whitby hotel with parking however didn't realise this was street parking if you can find a space or in a car park away from the hotel. So i shouldnt have assumed it had its own car park. All in all was a pleasant two day stay.

Location and views were excellent. Very central to activities which was especially good as we were a bit unlucky with the weather. Main bedroom excellent and the house was warm and well equipped. There was free parking in the West Cliff car park over the winter (until 1st March 2024) which was great as we had three cars. Plenty of space (Dec 2023 weekday visit).

The Breakfast was brilliant well presented and hot. The rooms were superb bathrooms spotless, Our friends were stopping a little further down the road and only had on street parking and were told we could park there car in the car park at Crescent Lodge as they has a free parking space. Lee and Gwen were brilliant hosts. They told us where we could get a nice evening meal and what the main attractions were. We all said said that we would visit again sometime.
