Perfect stay! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and new. The terrace is lovely, providing a great spot to relax. The kitchen is well-equipped, and while only breakfast is served, you can easily cook simple meals with local products (e.g., a steak perfectly paired with local wine). I’d like to say that it was one of the best hotel experiences ever, and I had a lot of hotel stays , the staff was so kind and generous , they touched my heart, the whole place is extremely stylish, every detail is highly considered , the hotel is clean and comfortable. They have ping pong table, pool table, and swimming pool. Food in the restaurant is great as well as food for breakfast I would defiantly come back Thank you !!

Property is beautiful, cottage is cozy and clean for perfect sleep. Most impressive was the hospitality of host, which gave us the best experience during our Georgia trip. Dinner is a must, best meal we had in Georgia. They are also building a pool in the property, construction is ongoing.

The Guest House is new and well set up for visitors. The owners and their family were extremely helpful and friendly. They even offered to collect us from Sighnaghi after some logistical issues, and have made every effort to get property we left in the House to us. The views from the balcony are great, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. They even have a coffee station set up with sweets and treats always available. A really great place to stay if you are in the area.
