everything! unbelievably nice stay we couldn’t expect the place to be even more beautiful in reality than on pictures. studio also have everything you need to quite a long time — I do wish we could stay for a couple of days more, just to enjoy air, view and slow life. super hospitable host, home wine as a welcome gift, maximum cozy fireplace (a little smokey though), romantic light scenarios, cute homy little things and all the beautiful furniture — all combined to make your stay amazing. textiles and surfaces were fresh and clean, the faculty include a washing machine, fridge, kettle and (wait for it) even a stove! what was the last time you saw such an equipped and beautiful studio? perfecta value-for-money booking. thanks to the hosts

Our stay at Villa Rokiti was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect—peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to Kutaisi for easy trips to the city. We chose this accommodation as a layover on our trip and it went beyond our expectations! We did not expect the host to be so friendly, the food so perfect and the location so calm. If you see this and you like homemade food, wine, spirits, anything really, you need to go here. Even the animals they have are awesome. I was extremely satisfied with the hotel’s service. The airport pickup was perfectly on time, even though I arrived late at night, and I truly appreciated that. At the reception, I was welcomed with great kindness and hospitality, and they offered me a complimentary cheese platter with wine, a very warm and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very nice view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the driver, Goga, to Sofia (with the beautiful Greek name), to the lady responsible for housekeeping, and to the entire staff for their excellent hospitality and positive energy. I will definitely choose this hotel again!
