Many thanks for the warm welcome. Great family hotel with the best view to the city. I got very cozy and clean apartment, facilities is good too. They have a restaurant on the territory with awesome local food, highly recommend to try. Will definitely come here again.

We absolutely loved the villa! We agreed with Archil, discussed all the details. An understanding, kind and cheerful man. We went straight from the airport to the villa, although we stayed until the night because we stopped in the city and had something to eat, but there were no problems with checking in. Very beautiful view, rooms, everything is gorgeous. We will definitely come back, but for a longer period of time. The romantic vacation was a success. Thank you! ❤️

I really loved our time at Royal House Kvariati. The location was amazing, our host was extremely friendly, and checking in/out was very convenient! Everything was as advertised and the price was more than fair for the value of the rental. The rooftop was my favorite, such great views and the lights/furniture is a nice touch.
