Very big and comfortable apartment. Host was very helpful. The printed "manual", concerning everything about the "functioning" of the apartment, other important services in town (like doctor for emergency reasons), what to visit in town, is excellent.

After our long balkans trip, we arrived in Greece, through Albania, to the city of Kastoria, the city that greeted us at night, and we found this wonderful hotel. We stayed in a sparkling clean and perfect hotel. My 5 year old daughter loved the hotel so much that we wanted to stay a little longer. The wonderful welcome and presentation of the lady, the owner of the hotel, at breakfast was great. Everything in the breakfast is made by the mother of the lady who owns the hotel. Greetings from Istanbul We will see you again very soon

The cleanliness of the room and facilities was outstanding – everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained, giving us a feeling of comfort and care from the moment we arrived. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to accommodate every request made our stay feel warm and personal. The location is simply perfect – close to the lake, within walking distance to the main attractions, yet in a peaceful area that offers a relaxing atmosphere. We would absolutely recommend Red Apple to anyone visiting Kastoria, even for a short stay. It’s a hidden gem with top-notch service and a cozy, clean environment that makes you feel right at home!

The apartment is very comfortable, has large balcony. The host is uniquly attentive about the facilities provided. It's a bit away from the center but the comfort is worth it, especially if you come with a car. I would recommend this stay to everyone. It is comfortable for longer stays as well.

The property was new and clean Our host Litsa was amazing. She had the fridge stocked with more than just breakfast items and when she found out we originated from the village she brought us goodies each morning and afternoon. The consummate host. Although it was hot, the house was surprisingly cool.
