It is a well-appointed and comfortable villa which is cleaned on a daily basis. It is very secure in a gated resort with a reception area. The staff are excellent. A welcome basket, robes and additional pool towels are provided. The location is excellent with a short stroll to the beach and a shop across the road. An excellent restaurant, The Halfway House, is also across the road. The accommodation and service are 5-star and Angeliki and her team ensure that everyone’s stay is thoroughly enjoyed. We can’t wait to return. It is the best place to stay on the island. Well done to the Mamfredas Resort and thank you!

The experience was honestly amazing, from the start. We had a very early flight and they managed to get us all checked-in by 10:30. The staff was very customary and very nice all the time. All the requests we had, they fulfilled them very fast. The food at the restaurant was very, very tasty. All in all, we are already thinking of when we can come back!

Me and my fiancé loved everything, from the room to personnel and all the services that were offered. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and friendliness, especially to the cleaning crew who made a fantastic job each day of our staying. The accommodation looks exactly like the photos. It's very clean, we got our towels changed every two days. Katerina and her son are very open and friendly and were always there to help. They even recommended us some places to go and things to do. The location is perfect! Nearby there are loads of restaurants, bars and shops. There is enough parking space by the building. Moreover, Zakynthos town is only 15 minutes away by car. We loved our stay here and would defintely recommend it!

Absolutely stunning and magical property. From the moment you step off the parking lot, you're transported into a magical place surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views. Despite the size of the hotel, every room feels very private. Beautiful and delicious restaurants. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Would definitely be back for a longer stay.

Excellent location, very clean, friendly staff and very big and comfortable apartment. The location is close to many tavernas from Tsilivi (6 min walk) and the beach is from 10 min walk. There is a free parking which was enough for all the guests. Dimitris was very kind and helpful!

Very clean! Not a speck of dust or dirt or anything. Cleaned regularly. Great terrace which is accessible from both rooms. A free parking in the yard. Maria was very kind and welcoming.

The location of Venus is amazing: right at the beach with free parking and the sunbeds are for free for hotel guests (except of the first four rows). Also many very good restaurants nearby.

The staff was super friendly and willing to help, always smiling. The room was cleaned daily and also we got new towels everyday. The parking lot near the hotel was ideal. The food was delicious, everyday there was a different menu: a variation pf salads, cooked meals, pies, soups every evening etc.
