We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful, surprising us with a lovely gift to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed, reflecting the hosts' attention to detail. It was well-equipped for both short and long stays, with a fully stocked kitchen and pristine towels and bed linens. The location is ideal—across the street from the beach in a very quiet area, yet only 500-700 meters from the lively promenade with its restaurants. The peaceful environment ensured a restful night's sleep, and parking was conveniently available on the street next to the house. Overall, we were so impressed that we plan to return. This place truly felt like a home away from home.

The appartment was very spacious .The hosts were both very kind .They greeted us outside the appartment with warm friendly smiles. We were given a gift of olives which were delicious straight from the trees .The balcony was huge .It was in an ideal location to visit delphi .Itea is a charming little town with little beaches and lovely seafront tavernas.

We loved the apartment. It was spacious and clean, just next to the beach. It was a bit of a walk to the restaurants of our choice, but we enjoyed the fact that we had to exercise a bit. The location was brilliant and our sea facing room worth the extra. We had a large balcony overlooking the sea with a table and chairs. There was off street parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did 2 bags of washing for us for 15 Euros, which saved finding the laundromat. Breakfasts were good with a range of food.

Great location directly opposite the ocean & walking distance to nice restaurants. Beautiful balcony where we could enjoy the lovely view. Very close to Delphi. Easy to find car parking space on the street opposite the hotel. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was included & quite good for a 3 star hotel.

Most rooms have balconies overlooking the small beach just over the (very quiet) road from the hotel. Breakfast was decent. Small parking lot, but plenty of street parking available as well if the lot is full.
