We stayed 7 nights in mid-October and didn't really want to leave at the end. We experienced 100% real Greek hospitality from George and his wife starting with the welcome bottle of wine, home-made jam and home-made olive oil. George gave us many useful tips on restaurants and the best beach spots in Kefalos, and our requests for a couple of blankets and larger knife were promptly met. The kitchen in fact had plenty of equipment for cooking with, we just needed a larger knife to slice our watermelon up. We stayed in apartment 1, which, like apartment 6, has vines growing over the front entrance which gives you that extra feeling of being in Greece as you have your breakfast outdoors. In 20 minutes you can walk to Agios Stefanos beach and we would recommend watching the sunrise from the basilica ruins that are there.

House is new, furniture are new, very new that even the price tags are still on them :) Host is very friendly woman, she offered cold water and apple juice for our son. Location is very close to city center, we have rented a car and drove there, there is a little bit of slope and bumps along the way but easy to navigate and park.

The apartment is excellent, located in a new building. From the balcony, you get a partial sea view along with a beautiful landscape. The kitchen is very well equipped, and I especially appreciated the many small amenities that are often missing elsewhere, such as salt, kitchen bags, soap, kitchen foil, and even mosquito repellent. The owner was also very helpful and responsive in communication.

Our experience at Anthos Residence 1 was simply perfect. The apartment is new, spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything you might need – even beach towels were provided! The location is ideal, in the part of the island with the most stunning beaches. The hosts were absolutely delightful – they welcomed us with fresh fruit and cold water, and on our departure, they even gifted us a bottle of their own olive oil. The room and location of the house exceeded of my expectations. The location and content of the room exceeded my expectations. Manolis and Maria left complimentary soft drinks and waters in our room, a bottle of Kefalos wine and an appetizer to go with the wine. In addition to the towels, they provided bathrobes for both of us. The room was cleaned every day. The kitchen utensils were all new, hopefully next time they will include an ouzo glass. The balcony view from the room was great, it was great to drink wine on the balcony with a view of the sea and the island of Kastri.

There is a big pool, free parking space, good air-conditioning and really good restaurant surroundings it. If you walk you are able to go to the beach in 5 min. The garden is perfect, they have wild ground birds that provide from they're perfectly held garden. The flowers on the plants bloom very pretty! Also there are many cats!! I love it There is a bar where you can buy water and snacks!

Fantastic welcome with wine, home made olive oil and marmalade. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Good parking. Set in a beautiful vegetable garden. Feels like you are in the country but actually just a short stroll to shops, restaurants and beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here . The apartment was clean, comfortable & had everything we needed & more . The view from the balcony is amazing & a lovely place to soak up beautiful kefalos . If you decide to hire a car there is parking too . Dionysia and her family are super hospitable & made us feel very welcome. I can’t wait to return .

Quiet place in a quiet village, excellent beach 5 min walk, stop for a good coffee just on the way to the beach, plenty of tavernas nearby. spacy terrace, garden, car parking on the territory. plus a dozen of lovey cats:) car is recommended to see oher parts of the island such as termal beach, Kos city and, especially, mountains with absolutely amazing view points. Good supermarkets also need a car to get there.
