The host was extremely accommodating and had even warmed up the unti for our arrival. It was very clean and well equipped. There were several restaurants and supermarkets nearby so we had everything we needed. We forgot one of our personal items and the host was so kind to send it to Belgium, it arrived within a week. This is a cozy little house (one of the oldest houses in the village as we were told by the owner) that is beautifully renovated with a nice, big garden area. It has everything you need for a nice stay for a couple of days. The village of Kirkini is a calm place and you can reach the bars and restaurants in a couple of minutes by walking. The appartment is nicely equipped and we were also given some cookies, chocolate spread, nut butter and honey for breakfast which was such a nice little touch - besides of the coffee that was available at the appartment. If you are looking for a calm place to stay, listen to the sounds of nature, gaze at the stars and enjoy the calm vibe of the village while feeling warmly welcome by the local people - then we can only recommend this place. P.S.: it also had AC and the mosquito tabs. They really thought of everything!
