The location is perfect! It’s situated on the main strip in Monodendri, close to numerous restaurants and right across from the sea. We really enjoyed sitting on the outside balcony and watching people walk by or watching the sunset - perfect! The maisonette has 3 beds, 2 showers and 2 toilets, 2 balconies, plenty of storage space and it’s very spacious. There’s lots of room for everyone. There’s also a cot and a bed-sofa if needed. There is also a parking spot which is so important as it’s very hard to find one on the street in summer. The air conditioning worked well, the water pressure and temperature was perfect. The kitchen has many gadgets. We had fresh clean towels and bedsheets. Mr Nikos was always very responsive to my questions - before and during our stay - and he was always happy to help and make our holiday as comfortable as possible.

BEST!! In Greece and perhaps also elsewhere in Europe. A renovated building, from some 100 years ago, opened last year, highly designed carefully & mindfully to every detail. No wonder this beauty is named Aestetic Hotel, while its name Eramai means the deep love that was invested in this space. For guests it is a unique stay experience. The staff goes along with this spirit and gives attentive assistance. The wonderful breakfast just fit in ... Very Highly Recommended!!

This hotel was impeccable The rooms were fantastic,spacious,modern and very clean. It seems this was a historical building remodeled for a hotel. The staff for me was amongst the best I have had in Greece the last 25 years.Top 3 for sure.

Very nice and comfortable house. Location is very good , just 5-10’ walk from the center with many restaurants and bars. The host was really helpful and polite. We had a great stay. We will definitely visit this house again.

    The location is excellent,you have more less a private beach, the apartment is spacious, it has two terraces and a view on both sides ( sea and garden ), fully equipped ,they even have a washing machine and a piano in one of the rooms. The hosts are very kind and helpful. There is a private parking space in the backyard. We liked it very much and we highly recommend it.
