We stayed at Disney Explorers Lodge for 2 nights—our first time at a Disneyland hotel—and it was exactly what we expected from the Disney experience: fun, a bit chaotic, and full of energy. The hotel itself is themed beautifully, with lots of charming details, and it’s perfect if you want to be close to the park. The complimentary shuttle made getting to the gates easy and quick. We mainly booked the character breakfast for the photo opportunities, and it delivered! Just keep in mind, the atmosphere is lively, loud, and not particularly relaxing—more about fun than calm. That said, the variety of food was impressive, and even after two days, we hadn't tried everything. The room cleaning was excellent and done discreetly, which we appreciated. If you're planning to spend your days in the park and want that full Disney immersion (plus guaranteed character photos), this is absolutely the right hotel. Three days felt like the perfect amount of time.

The staff were efficient and very responsive to all requests including booking of airport transfers, room service and storage of items etc. Despite being a peak period with ARTBASEL activities and the hotel was almost at full capacity - the hotel staff were able to response swiftly to all requests. Very impressed with their service !

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Perfectly clean. Seems very new. Amazing 5 star service, the staff is extremely attentive and helpful and on the top of that they all look cool.     Transfer from the airport: included. After arrival just go the Sheraton counter at the entrance, ask for a shuttle timetable, then go outside to the parking lot and find stops 11-12 and wait for the bus with Sheraton logo on it. Breakfast: delicious, lots of local food, tasty soups. Personnel: helpful and professional Location: pretty close to the Lantau island toursit attractions Shopping: a free shuttle will take you to the nice outlet mall, 5 mins to ride, or you may reach it by 15 min walk.

    The shuttle bus was easy to find (number 11/12 in the parking lot 1) and easy to get around. All the facilities were comfortable and perfect. The bed and shower were exceptional after a long trip.

    Absolutely amazing hotel! By far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever step foot into. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We loved the shuttle to shopping mall and airport. On Sunday they had super cars in the parking lot!
