Villa Lavada was a piece of heaven on earth! Its located in a quiet town away from the crowds and it has its own private beach with clear waters, we all enjoyed snorkling, kyaking and paddle boarding all around the cove. The accomadation is clean, kitchen well equipped and beds are comfortable. The use of the kyaks and paddle boards made my childrens holiday. The owners and staff went above and beyond to attend to our every need and were so warm and welcoming.

Very clean small apartment in the larger house (3 or 4 apartments in total). Modern design, washing machine available, well equipped kitchen, though you can eat only on the small terrace due to lack of space inside. The apartment is close to the beach and city center, but due to very steep hill not recommended for people who are not in good shape or with small kids. The owner Emina was helpful, kind and ready to help. The hotel is close to many restaurants, shops, fast food places and beaches. Decently sized TV, selection of programs is basic, but Netflix (owner account) and Disney+ (your account) are available. A nice view of the area from the roof terrace (can be used at all the time).

Lovely modern apartment in a great location. The terrace had amazing views of the sea and was so relaxing. Weather and surroundings were perfect. Loved Rogoznica - nice restaurants and plenty to do. Couldn’t stop jumping in the crystal clear sea water at every opportunity. Definitely hope to make a return visit.

The owner met us with the keys upon our arrival. She is super friendly, and had put local wine and a big basket of fruit waiting for us in our fridge. The appartment was spotless and well-maintained. We had the groundfloor appartment with our terrace directly at Stupin Celine beach and sea. All ameneties were there, including sun beds, parasols and even an outdoor grill. The properties has an outdoor shower, very nice. The house is set at a stunning and quiet area of Rogoznica, combining the best of both worlds; very close to the center of Rogoznica yet not crowded.
