It was incredible to find such a comfortable villa in such a wild location. The villa is not big, but it has everything you need. You can tell it was made with a lot of love and care. They even provide robes, slippers, breakfast items, and a fully stocked minibar, which is so convenient since there are no shops within walking distance. The location is unique, with a stunning view of the rice terraces—no houses in front, offering complete seclusion and privacy. There are no tourists around, so you get to experience Bali in its untouched beauty. We were welcomed so warmly, and they prepared an incredible surprise that I will remember for the rest of my life. There was a bird in a cage, which we were asked to set free as a symbol of liberation. It was so unexpected, yet so beautiful and moving! Another amazing thing was that you can walk down to the river and wander through the rice fields completely alone. The energy there is something else—I've never felt anything like it anywhere else! I left feeling rejuvenated in both body and soul. I fell in love with this place forever!

Beautiful and secluded genuinely eco resort. The staff and owners were lovely and passionate. We slept amazingly in the tree house style accommodation which was very comfortable despite the lack of air conditioning.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gempinis Coffee Shop and Villa in Bali, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa itself is a stunning blend of traditional Balinese design and modern comfort, creating a serene oasis that truly felt like a home away from home. We had a great time with Gede and his uncle and wife (who's an amazing cook!), they're such wonderful people. Airport pickup and transport to the next destination wasn't a problem. Gede took us jungle trekking and through the rice fields, it was amazing. The location and view was great too, and the sounds of the jungle at night just so mesmerising. Don't expect city life or anything though, it really is the countryside. Breakfast was also really nice. I definitely recommend staying there!

The authentic balinese family hospitality in breathtaking rice terrace and serene jungle surroundings. A peaceful secluded retreat from the tourist areas of Bali. We were welcomed by Santi and Made like long lost friends with Gede always ready to inform us on life and culture of the nearby village people. Five attractive bungalows are spread out throughout the large property assuring privacy and beautiful views of cool greenery and pretty rice paddies. The small open restaurant was a casual spot to linger and be amazed at the breathtaking view. I would definitely recommend two or three nights there to experience this unique opportunity.

Our stay here was truly exceptionally beautiful. The room looks just like in the pictures and is really lovely. The view is breathtaking, but the hosts are the best part. They are incredibly kind. We have met many friendly people in Bali, but these two surpass them all. A wholehearted recommendation!
