The location was only a few minutes by car to Collooney itself. There are two supermarkets stocking everything you need for a stay. Very easy to reach Sligo town by car. The house had enough space for the four of us. I really liked the big bedroom with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe. There were 2 tvs so everyone was happy. There’s also a utility room with a washing machine. I enjoyed walking around the beautiful garden each evening and sitting on the bench outside. Clodagh left some goodies which went down well with the kids and the wine with the adults.

My stay was excellent! The host was very kind and welcoming, just like the whole house — cozy and pleasant. I was able to leave my bike in a convenient and safe place. The Driftwood is a heavenly place with lovely decorated rooms, the most comfortable beds and a stunning view. We had great breakfasts and tasty dinners in the restaurant, accompanied by a nice wine selection. All the people working there were super friendly. We will defenitely have another stayover in the Driftwood.
