The property is brand new and you can tell by the rooms and the set up. We traveled here to visit the Elora and Ajanta caves and the hotel helped organize it all. We had the car service from the hotel with a great and very professional driver and a very good comfortable car who took us to the caves; airport and back and an amazing guide who excelled at his role. He was super knowledgeable we recommend you ask the hotel to set it up for you; it is worth every penny our guide spoke English and Italian and knew every detail (as a foreigner is specially recommended) . Great experience and Bahibav from the front desk was kind and patient answering all our questions. The food is spectacular. Most of all it is great value for money compared to other options that might be more expensive but older and not so accommodating. The location for us was ideal since we traveled to see the caves so removing ourselves from the old city was perfect.

It is an amazing place to stay when you want to see the Ellora and Ajanta caves from Aurangabad. The host is truly caring and helps you with anything you need. Super clean and also very new. His passion is to be a good host and also a chef with focus on the details. He will prepare any food for you while you are on the way back. Ater an amazing but also exhausting day of sightseeing you can just kick back and relax. The pictures are real.

Property is neat and clean. Very close to Bibi ka makbara and Aurangabad caves . Great value for money. Shubham was very helpful and guided us to reach the property along with follow-up on our stay arrangements . The caretaker of the property was very supportive. Ideally located along the highway, a little outside town (in case you want to bypass town). Spic and span hotel. Brightly lit and well decorated restaurant, breakfast buffet was more than sufficient. Efficient car parking with a patrolling guard. Highly recommended. The earlier reviews were correct.
