The staff make this place... Of course it's luxurious, the rooms are well appointed, the garden is quaint and comfortable but the staff go above and beyond. They are understanding, kind, warm, like family and know when to take accountability and ownership (we had a small issue with the rate which was the hotel's mistake).... The last two are very important in the make-up of a person. Always. Breakfast options were varied and fantastic and overall my mother and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience.... Thank you.

Everything, but especially the design and cleanliness of the room. This place is an oasis and easily the best place we have stayed in India. The staff were also super helpful, even providing a packed breakfast for our early leaving time. I wish we could have stayed for longer.
