The owners were exceptional. They could not have been more attentive hosts. The location is wonderful, fronting on to a backwater leading to the lake. Its a tranquil spot, perfect for bird and boat watching. Traditional Keralan Breakfast with a few additions like toast and omelette and coffees were delivered to the seating area in front of each room.

We booked lakeside view and stream view room. Definitely recommend the lakeside view room as the location of this Hotel is very well placed facing the Backwaters. The staff upon arrival were very friendly. Sorry if I have misspelt any names but special compliments go out to: Febi/Femi who was very sweet in giving us a tour and guiding us to our rooms. We met Vishnu at the restaurant who was really helpful in recommending what to eat as one of our guests fell ill. Also, we met the exec chef Pratheesh who always made the effort to talk to guests and the same with us. We will very much miss Vishnu and Pratheesh, nice guys and wish them all the best!

For ultimate relaxation, we indulged in the resort's spa services. The massages were incredibly soothing, providing a blissful escape from everyday stress. Very beautiful place. The family is really welcoming and kind. They organised a boat ride and breakfast for me. Also the view from the balcony is directly on the backwaters where you can see kingfisher and other birds. Very beautiful. The room is very comfortable. Also the dog is super cute and was always ready for a cuddle. Definitely would stay again if i come back

    Location was very special, right next to Lake Vembanad. Reached via a 5 min canoe ride from the hotel’s car park. Incredibly peaceful spot overlooking the lake watching the bird life ( saw more birds, eagles, egrets, kingfishers than the local Kurmarakom Bird Sanctuary!) All Staff super friendly and helpful. Very nice large, clean pool. Meals good. Wonderful sunsets!

    Very good location on the lake. Large property with extensive grounds, greenery, very quiet. Well kept grounds. The restaurant is really good so no need to move out of the place for food unless you are keen to try some restaurant nearby. Good Breakfast. Large parking area (Its also a wedding venue). The Ayurvedic spa was good , it is quite busy and needs booking. They have a good evening cruise on the lake. Got some indoor games , pool etc. Overall an excellent place to relax and unwind. Relax on the lakeshore. Recommend.
