We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Moira. The property is spacious, peaceful, and very well maintained. The private pool was the highlight — clean, inviting, and surrounded by greenery that gives a very relaxed Goan feel. The caretaker was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. Check-in was smooth, the rooms were neat, and the entire place felt homely and comfortable. A great spot for anyone looking for a calm getaway while still being close to Mapusa and kayaking activities.

Everything! Beautiful peaceful location, comfortable clean room, great food and a really nice clean pool. I think the highlight was probably the manager, he was so courteous and very helpful, we were treated like extremely important guests and it was lovely.
