The property was beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect, close to local attractions yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. I also loved the comfortable bed and the cleanliness of the room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy getaway!

Unfortunately I was sick for the entire time of my stay but I was glad it happened here. I stayed in a private room for most of the time which is clean, pretty, the shower has good pressure and is warm (important with long hair :D), there is a fan and A/C and the bed is comfortable. Since I also stayed in a dorm for one night I can also say the dorms are also clean, you have privacy and everything was great. The staff is super super nice and everyone really took good care of me: they let me stay in a dorm bed after check-out until I could check into my new room, bringing food to my room that would help me get better, checking in on me, Rana even drove me to the hospital twice and waited until I was done. Also the property has a really nice terrace where you can eat and chill. I’m really grateful for receiving that help 🙏🏼. 10/10 would recommend :)

Everything was wonderful. Shiv Shakti is located in the most peaceful part of Rishikesh, in the middle of a forest and a few steps away from the waterfalls. Ram is such a friendly and helpful host who takes care of everything. As of the food, it is very tasteful and of high hygiene standards. I am only looking forward to return to Shiv Shakti:)

We stayed 3 weeks in Rudram hotel. From the beginning a warm welcome. We were received as part of the family. They did everything to make our stay wonderful. Everything is extremely clean, 2 ladies were ongoing taking care of that. From 8am till late evening you can order meals, they are freshly coocked and delicious. Filtered water is available. Airport shuttle and laundry service are available. There was always somebody at the reception helping when we needed something or for questions and advice. We loved everything.
