This is a great apartment, and everything is well thought out. The kitchen is fully equipped (almost like at home) with oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, cleaning sponges, a dishwasher, and a large cutting board. The bathroom provides all necessary toiletries, and a washing machine and dryer are also available. There is a fold-out sofa bed in the living/dining area, which was comfortable to sleep on. Communication before and after our stay was clear and smooth. There’s a free parking space in front of the building. The harbor (for whale watching) is just five minutes away, and the local brewery Húsavík Öl is also within walking distance. Just a tip: the local grocery store closes quite early, so keep that in mind if you're arriving late.

This was such a lovely stay. The house is absolutely lovely; it’s the embodiment of cosy. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the tiny touches throughout really made the stay magical. Also, the coffee was delicious.
