We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Everyone enjoyed it. The hotel is new, well renovated. Manuela met us the day we arrived, put us up, gave us a map and told us about the main attractions, beaches, etc. We arrived by car, the large and convenient parking lot in front of the hotel is free. The hotel is located on a mountain, it was convenient to get there by car. I think it would be difficult to get there without a car. But the hotel has a great view of the sunrise and sunset. Price and quality of the hotel: 10 out of 10 points. Breakfast is tasty and adequate. The rooms are clean. The place is quiet, there is a lawn where children can play. There are 3 rooms in the hotel. Perfect for company and 100% for those traveling on motorcycles. We stayed in a 4 bed room on the second floor, 2 rooms, balcony, windows overlooking the mountains and Lake Como. Wifi was excellent. There was a spiral staircase leading up to our room, which was a bit difficult with a large suitcase. The room had a kettle, small fridge, tea and coffee. This was our second time at Lake Como, so we chose this hotel to be able to see Lake Como from both sides, and it worked. I am sure this hotel would be a pleasure to return to. We wish prosperity and success to the family that runs this hotel.

Very clean and modern. A spacious apartment with loads of storage space and one of the most dog friendly places we have ever stayed. There is no outside space for the dogs in the apartment block but the edge of the lake and a small dog friendly area is only 200 paces away. We stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it! 🤍 It’s a very new, modern, and well-equipped location — peaceful and perfect for those who truly want to relax. The view of the lake is spectacular, and the atmosphere makes it so easy to disconnect from the outside world. Our room was very spacious, everything was brand new, and the bed — huge and incredibly comfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we didn’t want to leave and honestly felt sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent host who contacted me ahead of our arrival to advise of key handover time and who provided several links for restaurants and things to do in the area. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed, plus our host left us a bottles of water, coffee capsules and a bottle of fizz for our arrival. Location was great, a 10 minute walk from lakeside and beach with plenty of restaurants close by, and the views of the mountains around lake Como were fantastic. The apartment and location in Colico have us the perfect base from which to go sightseeing or to spend time relaxing lakeside, we had a fantastic time here.

Excellent location on the shore of the lake and opposite the ferry terminal. A warm welcome on our arrival, the breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. There are a few bars and restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance that offered a good choice for dinner. Added bonus of free private car parking too. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to get away from the crowds of the main towns on lake Como.

Great location right on the lake. The room was a very good size with a great view of the lake. Excellent breakfast. Really friendly helpful staff. It was great to have free Parking.

Lovely, older type hotel with a central position in the village with superb lake views. Staff were very attentive and breakfast was lovey. Car parking was close and secure Lovely stay..with good facilities
