We loved the striking contrast between the ancient doorway leading to a traditional courtyard and then the super modern, top quality interior. The host, Luca, was so kind and helpful. He greeted us warmly, helped with parking and reserved a great restaurant for dinner. The location was ideal, close to the wonderful old town. It really was a special place to stay

This was our first trip to Cosenza and we were SO glad that we made stayed at La Casa Jo. The location cannot be better as it's exactly between the new town and old town Cosenza so you can walk anywhere easily. Also, it is only a 6 minute walk to the local train that takes you to the Cosenza main station. They are terrific at communicating and ensuring all is well. You do need to walk up quite a few steep staircases to reach the room but it really is not that hard and is totally worth it! If we come back to Cosenza, we will only stay at La Casa Jo!

I really liked everything, it was an outstanding stay though lasted just one night. However, I have always had a strong nostalgia towards Cosenza, and this accommodation is really close to the city centre, but silent, and the owners are really nice and helpful. There is a beautiful panorama from the terrace of the breakfast room.

Brettia Guest Rooms was a tremendous positive surprise!! Great location to walk to many of the attractions, parks, shops, and restaurants. The property itself is NEW and beautifully and impeccably designed! Very high ceilings makes it feel even more spacious, and has a very large beautiful bathroom in the Regina Suite. MOST amazing is the family who owns it!! Luigi was a great communicator well before we arrived and was so helpful answering questions. He guided us to arrival and parking, and then carried our bags up to the second floor entry. He even went in the car to help us find gas for our rental car! The mother and father greeted us with homemade cakes and pastries, and lots of waters we needed! We forgot the key card in the room before we went exploring and started to panic since we couldn't get back into the room. We contacted Luigi by WhatsApp and within 1 minute, he was able to open the door remotely. What amazing service!! They care very much about us as guests and treated us as if we were in their own home. They are also devoted to their property. They should be very proud of their accomplishment! This is a wonderful property run by a wonderful and accommodating family and we highly recommend it!

Its convenient location near tourist attractions and restaurants added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. Everything inside the hotel appears new, remodeled, and beautiful, reflecting the evident care and attention put into its design. Our room was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. The hotel owners were incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by recommending local restaurants and bars, and were always ready to assist us with any requests or inquiries we had. The breakfast served at the hotel was delightful and prepared by the owners themselves. From freshly baked croissants to made-to-order eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice, everything was of the highest quality. I genuinely hope to return to Cosenza in the future and have the opportunity to stay at this hotel once again.

Excellent!!! Wonderful apartment - bedroom and living room with a small kitchen. Everything is very clean and tidy. We arrived late, but there were no problems with checking in. We parked right next to the house in the free parking lot. There is an elevator in the house. Excellent Internet. Excellent light breakfast. Many thanks to the owners for everything!!

New modern and fully equipped apartment building with free private parking lot (free street parking available with wide road). Safe neighborhood. It's easy to find using Google map navigation. It is very close to the new town and old town of Cosenza, only 3-4 minutes' drive away. It is very convenient as a rest stop for long-distance driving between Naples and Sicily.

The room is beautiful, very comfortable and really very nice. It has everything you need and all kinds of details that make you feel at home. We arrived a little late and Luigi was waiting for us with a smile, they have been very kind and attentive at all times, and they have adapted to our needs, so we are very grateful to them.
