Arriving as the sun set on our bikes, we were greeted warmly and shown a sheltered spot for our two wheels. Spacious rooms. Common area to relax in. Fantastic dinner. Attentive and kind hosts. Very nice breakfast. Wonderful views: late September, so mist rising from the valley in the morning. A secluded spot on a quiet rode but near enough to town. Would love to return.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Firenzuola, B/B Casa Angela is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the mountain.

We were cycling from Bologna to Florence and this b&b was perfect for us to break up the cycle. We couldn’t have felt more at home. We had met 2 cyclists en route who were looking for somewhere to stay and Angela and her partner took them in too. Because the restaurant nearby was closed, they also made us a beautiful dinner for a very small price. It was so lovely to all eat together. Also loved that they had two gorgeous dogs. We all had a lovely breakfast together in the morning too with good coffee made by Angela’s partner. We felt so restored leaving their b&b.

The b& b is brandnewand very luxurious. Everything is just perfect. And our hosts were very nice. The brought us by car to the next stage of our walk: the Alta via dei parchi. In one word: a marvellous stay in Pietramala!

This is a very beautiful villa in a beautiful part of Italy. The family running it were very helpful and kind. I had walked 28km of the Via degli Dei that day and they helped me when my phone adaptor wasn't working. The bathroom and bedroom were excellent, and the food I had was great too.

This 11th century Tuscan farmhouse is nestled in the beautiful Florentine hills, amongst private gardens where you can enjoy al fresco dining. All rooms offer air conditioning and a flat-screen TV.
