Wonderful place with amazing host. We had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable and nice inside with parking in the yard for the car. They provided a crib and also put books for the kids. We had water and apples when we checked in and enough coffee to last us for the whole stay. The host gave us tips on parking and food that helped have an even better stay. We had a blast and would highly recommend staying at Casa Lupo. It's a wonderful place!

Perfect accommodation, four big bedrooms, airconditioning, parking, dishwasher. Small balcony. It was on the 3th floor, no elevator. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, all really nearby. In Formigine there is a beautiful castle and icecream in the centre (3 minute drive). Best pizza at Leader and fantastic icecreamshop Ciao | La Gelateria Artigianale. In Sassuolo is a more than beautiful castle! Free entree! And only 10 minutes away.

A beautiful house just 10 min driving from Modena and well located to explore the rest of the region. Rooms with charm, fully equipped and the common areas are very nice.     Perfect location and extremely well presented hotel.The staff were friendly and even took the time to allocate reserved parking area for our car club cars for the duration of the stay. I would definitely use this hotel again.

    Quality/prezzo was good and so was breakfast (nice choice). The staff were all very kind. We found the room comfortable (not elegant, but that's fine). The location is convenient to the centre of Formigine, and there is free parking.
