We really enjoyed our two-night stay at the Astoria Hotel. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our stay. It was clean, modern with a great location. The service was outstanding, and the communication Stefano was great. He always answered quickly and did whatever he could to make our stay as good as possible. He met us when we arrived, helped us with our luggage (it was a lot) and he had fixed a parking spot for us right outside the apartment. He even bought a special orthopaedic pillow to us that was placed outside our door. We have actually nothing bad to say. It was a bit noisy outside, but that is to be expected when staying so close to everything.

I gave the apartment 10 points. Is the apartment really worthy of a high score? I do not know. I have to be honest and admit that the owner asked me to write 10. Let it be 10. However, none of the apartments can be compared to high-end hotels (they are designed for high-end services). The purpose of the apartments is for overnight stays, not for living in. And this apartment was very suitable for it. The apartment had everything you need, a private bathroom where to take a shower after a tiring day, a bed where to get a good night's sleep, and of course a great location. Everything else doesn't matter anymore. For my needs, this apartment exceeded my expectations.
