Everything was amazing one of the nicest accommodation we have ever been to. The room Was comfortable with great views. The spa was magical. And the staff were lovely especially the breakfast lady who attended to our table. Can’t go wrong with this property. Ended up purchasing some of their wines :)

Michele & Sara were excellent hosts and anticipated our needs, even reaching out shortly after we made our booking.They helped with heavy luggage on the stairs, giving suggestions, made reservations and turning our car around for easier exit. The accomodation was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delightful with a range of choices available.

Our family of four booked a family suite. The environment was very nice, the facilities were excellent, and my two daughters loved the swimming pool. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent. The service was attentive and friendly. We also went to visit their winery. It was a very good experience. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Right in the centre of Montalcino, you couldn't get a better location. It's self check-in and was super easy to do as we received clear step-by-step instructions to find the b&b and access the room. Nothing was too much trouble for the host, she helped us sort a reduced cost parking permit, and provided us with an iron Breakfast was excellent (hams/cheeses, cereals & plenty of pastries) with lovely coffee Grazie!

Really an excellent experience! Rooms are beautiful, everything works well, paid parking just few meters from the room. Excellent breakfast. Thanks to the people operating the Drogheria e Locanda Franci has this place exceptionally good energy. Very nice and helping people, both in the hotel and their restaurant. Whenever we return to Montalcino, this will be our first choice! The restaurant is just perfect! Nice place, nice people, superb menu and even better wine list. Absolutely top experience and fuly recommended! And again, whenever we are back in Montalcino, we are sure we need not search for the restaurant for our dinner. We will be more than happy to dine there!!! Congratulations and thank you!

When we arrived at the Villa Le Prata we were in awe of the beauty of the place. The view from the windows was stunning and unforgettable. The staff when we arrived greeted us from the car and were extremely polite and willing to help with everything during the stay. Breakfast buffet in the garden was perfect. Minne at the front desk was lovely and clearly with a lot of experience and knowledge about the villa and its history. A perfect place to get away and forget all troubles. Would highly recommend!!!

Location was just outside a very quaint old village of San' Angelo with outstanding views of surrounding countryside with great trattorias in the village just a short walk to the village. The large backyard had nice seating areas to enjoy the olive gardens and the views. While the booking was without breakfasts, the host provided ample treats and the apartment was fully equipped with coffee maker, as well as full set of kitchen ware to cook anything. With prior communication, check in was right on time and the host and her father were very kind and helpful. We were very pleased to use this accommodation to explore this area of Tuscany, with easy access to Montalcino and Montepulciano.

A fantastic location close to Montalcino and it's wonderful wine estates, a short drive to Pienza (a must see) and Montepulciano too. Comfortable rooms, free parking and decent enough pool. A good option at this price point in the area. Definitely recommend a bottle of their Brunello di Montalcino whilst watching the sunset over the vines.

Location is great, right in the heart of the city. Communication was good, they directed me to free parking. Breakfast was good, they even had savory choices. The room was large, heating was on. I didn't mind the bell, I'm not even sure it was on during the night.

Very polite, classy and helpful owner, professional service, very big and free parking secured, gorgeous views all around, even though there were just two of us, there was an oportunity to have wine and dinner at place - very individual approach.

The room was clean and cosy, the shower is big and awesome and fully supplied with all the amenities. Stuff very helpful, especially the lady who served breakfast, sorry don’t know her name but she is amazing and supper nice. Parking was right in front (cost 8€ day, free parking also available little further away).
