If I need to describe this place with one word then it would be “Marvellous”. Accommodation, breakfast, all was just wonderful. And the location is also good because it’s outside of the city.

beautiful house, excellently located, close to many trekking roads beginnings. The owners are so nice people and always interested in how you feel. They have a dog outside, that is also nice 😀 they have also recommended to us some places to have dinner which were really good.

This place was very nice experience for me. Is a typical Italian house with everything that you need. It has a huge yard with waterfall and mountain views over the Dolomites. We choose this house as a starting point for Alta via 1. The hosts were very very nice and polite with us. They've prepared for us a tasty breakfast with some italian music in the background. Also they help us with a ride until the staring point on our trail. I will definitely came back here.

We had a great time at Antico Fienile! It's a beautiful place, very cosy and decorated with a lot of care. We felt welcome from the first moment (our son fell in love right away with Mimmo the dog). We absolutely recommend to check if it's possible to have dinner at least one of the evenings during your stay: We organized to have dinner on the evening of our arrival day, and it was amazing! Outside of the normal rooms there is a cosy living room space with a small kitchen (with a fridge), where one can prepare coffee/tea,... For people travelling with children: The Antico Fienile is on a slight hill, and children can run/roll around freely. There is a swing just outside, as well as a big trampoline. Unfortunately there was no snow when we were there, but it would be the perfect place for a little sledge/bobsled riding, and there are some bobs available for use. Mimmo was very sweet and patient, and enjoyed both playing football and getting petted by our son (6 yrs). There's also Tino the cat who came by, as well as donkeys and horses. We are definitely planning to stay here again as soon as possible!

Our stay in this lovely property in the Belluno region was absolutely wonderful. The house is strategically located — perfect for exploring the Dolomites, Venice, and nearby charming towns. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, cozy, and ideal for families. We felt completely at home. The environment is peaceful, welcoming, and full of natural beauty. Sonia was a truly kind and thoughtful host — always ready to help and making sure everything was perfect for us. We had amazing days there as a family, and we carry beautiful memories from this stay.
