What an amazing find this place was. I found it relatively last minute and what a deal I found. I cannot fault anything about the property. It is a little bit out of the way of the city but still easily accessible by bus or train from Milan. The room was clean, spacious, the WiFi was great and the bathroom was right next door. I also had full use of the remainder of the apartment which was great. Especially as there was a kitchen, washing machine etc. For only 30 euros this is probably the best deal I have ever found. What a place. If I'm ever back in Milan I will definitely stay here again.

A wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived with my family, I was genuinely impressed by the level of service and exceptional experience the host provided. First and foremost, the property’s location was perfect for our case; as we needed to be in that area. Moreover, I was pleasantly surprised by the impeccable cleanliness of the premises. It’s evident that the host takes great pride in maintaining the property to such high standards. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed and certainly contributed to our overall comfort during the stay. The apartment is wonderful, it has all the amenities, and it felt like I was living there since years. The host communication was great, we met then with Massimo for key handover and through bit of hand gestures we understood everything and received all information. I was also very happy to see that the parking was secure, this is a huge plus for me. This is only my personal opinion, I wish I had taken my own pillow, since the ones that are there a bit thin, but again this is only my opinion. Otherwise I can say the apartment is really cosy. Location is also great, just 10 minutes away from tram station, and the tram rides directly to Duomo. I highly recommend it.

Patrizia and Massimo are a very welcoming couple and live in the flat next door. So it makes it easy to collect the keys and check out; she also said if we needed anything we should not hesitate to contact them. I speak some Italian, so there was no problem communicating, but if you don't then Patricia's daughter who lives in London is available to translate in English over the phone 😉. The house was very clean and comfortable. We liked the small touches like the Prosecco and sweets (we just arrived and felt like celebrating a little haha), water and juice in the fridge, we could also make tea or coffee at any time. The location is very good, too, because it is close to the metro station some 10 minutes away from the city centre, while staying there would have been a few times more expensive. Because I had sprained my ankle and had my heg in cast, on the day of our checkout (while my friends still couldn't drive after a night out) Massimo was very helpful and took us to nearby Fondazione Prada, where I could sit and chill in a cafe while my friends ventured further to explore the city. Overall, our experience was great and I don't hesitate to leave my review with all points maxed out 😄.
