The location could not been more convenient. The bus station and the main vaporetto station is just on the doorstep. The area is full of nice restaurants and the hotel provided all the neccassary information what we needed. The garden is so beautifull and the breakfast was excellent.

A magical Venetian adventure! We spent three unforgettable nights in this wonderful hotel, located one kilometer from St. Mark's Square. And you know what? This turned out to be a real advantage! The hotel's location is a true gem. Close enough to the main attractions (just a 15-20 minute leisurely walk to the heart of Venice), yet away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, immersing ourselves in the atmosphere of authentic, unhurried Venice. The hotel staff was simply magnificent! Every request of ours was fulfilled quickly and with genuine care. They helped us feel like special guests. And the breakfasts... They were absolutely stunning! Every morning, a real feast for the taste buds awaited us. The freshest croissants and aromatic coffee - everything was prepared with love and served impeccably. Our room was cozy and elegant, with a view of a quiet Venetian canal. Falling asleep to the gentle lapping of water and waking up in a peaceful environment - priceless! This is the perfect place for those who want to immerse themselves in the true atmosphere of Venice, while still being able to easily reach the main attractions. We fell in love with this hotel and will definitely return again!

The apartment is beautiful and location is perfect. It looks even better than in the photo's. The home has everything you'll need. Well stocked kitchen, good air-conditioning in the rooms, super clean bath. Isa even left us some welcome snacks and a bottle of wine.. which was much appreciated. It was super easy and quick to communicate with Isa. The apartment is less than 5 min walk to both the railway and bus station and even less to the local ferry terminal. Overall it's a perfect stay.
