We highly recommend this small and modern hotel in the absolute center of Montebelluna. We especially appiciated the manager Davides friendly help and service. The room was fantastic and superclean. Nothing bad to say at all, and when we return to Montebelluna we defenently would like to stay here again - we had a great time and a really nice stay.

A very calming place away from the hustle and bustle. I stayed for a week, but since I was working 8am-5pm I unfortunately couldn't enjoy the surrounding area during the day. Hope I have time to revisit on vacation instead of working. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are a short drive away. Since I was staying in late September the pool was a bit cold, but I'm Icelandic so that didn't stop me from taking a swim every morning before the nice breakfast was served. The family that owns the place were really nice. And having jam from the local fruits with breakfast was great. I could keep going, bit I'll stop here. Highly recommend, if you like the slow pace.

Fabulous pool and a beautiful location. The breakfasts were great. Homemade fresh cake each day, bread, salami, cheese, eggs in any form, homemade jams, melon, nectarines, yoghurts, coffee, tea and as much as you want of anything. The hosts are really lovely people and couldn’t be more helpful. There are only 3 rooms in this B and B so there are never that many guests. You have access to a fully equipped kitchen as well as a big living room and gardens and pool. A great place to stay.

Thank you very much for staying at the hotel. The owners are very nice and helpful. The rooms are very clean and tidy. Equipped with cleaning products and towels. The breakfasts are very delicious. Parking is available for customers on the property. Relais Villa Annamaria Bed end Breakfast is approximately 12-13 km from Treviso Airport. By car, this distance can be covered in 20 minutes. In Istrana (about 3.5-4 km) there are restaurants that serve delicious Italian food. I highly recommend Pizzeria Ristorante Barbablù. Relais Villa Annamaria Bed end Breakfast is a great starting point to visit Venice, Treviso, Padua, Vicenza or even Verona. I heartily recommend.
