walking distance to the otaru canal where otaru's main attraction is. we reached slightly earlier and receptionist was available to check us in. if you need parking, do inform the hotel in advance so that designated parking spot can be reserved for you. we parked our car and walked to otaru canal for sightseeing & dinner. the stroll to and fro the hotel is pretty nice, some slopes but totally doable. free parking onsite. room is clean and spacious, well equipped with amenities, including a washer/dryer. will recommend!

This was a great place to stay in Otaru. There were three bedrooms and one bathroom, but the bathroom had a separate toilet and wash basin so it worked well. Bedroom 1 has sleeping for 2 on a double bunk. Bedroom 2 had sleeping for 3 on three single beds with a raised platform, and Bedroom 3 had 2 single beds on tatami floor. Plenty of towels, pyjamas and amenities were provided. It was great to have a well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge and cooking facilities. The area was very quiet, and we all slept well. Everything was clean and well maintained. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Everything was great. A modern place right in front of the ocean with very friendly staff. Breakfast offered a beautiful view. The balcony is small, but I loved sitting there.

All facilities are clean and useful, and I felt good. The bed room is so comfortable, also sauna is more good that I can recharge. I want to stay again.
