Our stay was better than we could have ever imagined. The hotel is pretty, modern and clean, has super friendly staff and offers so much free services that it's just unbelievable for that price: welcome dessert, daily free supper (Ramen) in the evening, free Onsen & sauna, free Coffee, free parking space. We were absolutely amazed and if we'd come again to Japan and also visit Gotemba we would 100% book this hotel again. Thanks a lot!

The view from the room was gorgeous. Looking at Mt. Fuji from the room was amazing. All of the staff were professional and the service was very good. The person who welcomed us was so heartful. Dinner and breakfast at the restaurant was creative and elegant. The restaurant staff service was very nice as well. They even celebrated my husband birthday. I had the massage service. The lady who performed was very professional. Although it was past business hours when I finished my treatment, she was very very nice.

The staffs are very helpful. I was able to add them on WhatsApp and asked for help. They responded immediately. They helped me order a taxi too. The surrounding area has different restaurants to visit too. It is in walking distance to the convenience store. My room can see clearly the Mount Fuji. You get to experience how the local live, very traditional, very Japanese.

I have stayed here twice now, very convenient for the Highway exit and entrance. Hotel is clean and still quite new. For the price it's very good I think. Breakfast is good and staff are professional. Has its own parking right in front. Bed is comfortable and big.
