Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff were very friendly, attentive and proactive towards our needs, especially the lady boss who was very friendly. They have many staff who spoke English. On the day we checked out, they recommended us to visit a small village (出雲街道) next to the Sayo station to see the beautiful cherry blossom. I have to say thank you for their recommendations as we enjoyed it very much.

Highlight must be the buffet dinner which has amazing variety with quality. Can make your own hotpot with 4 different types of broth (Sukiyaki, Yuzu etc). Best breakfast buffet. My daughter had her first Ping pong experience and she enjoyed it.

This excellent accommodation has been thoughtfully designed to maximise a traveller's comfort and everyday needs. The communal lounge and kitchen area was spotless, the beds were super-comfortable, and room-size was spacious. Parking was easy, staff were friendly and helpful - we thoroughly recommend this hotel.
