Staff amazing, we checked in at 12 am, the room was clean, bed was good, room with everything working and good space, however hotel is old and difficult to find in English on the gps, also a bit expensive but was the cheaper on its area, so I recommend it to go to sleep and leave early that’s about it. Oh also well equipped vending machines selling everything

Having a whole villa was amazing. the rooftop terrace had views onto Mt Fuji and we could even see it from our bedroom window. The staff could not do enough for you and even spent 20 mins researching places that we could eat. They delivered an amazing breakfast to our front door with a smile. couldn’t recommend enough.

Staffs are very nice and services are so great. We have enjoyed wonderful balcony and window view of Mt. Fuji, extremely comfortable bath (including indoor and outdoor; public and private), late night delicious Ramen, as well as great wine with a nice price. Everything - room was way bigger than expected, with 2 full size rooms, 2 bathrooms, balcony and a sitting down area. Also, the hot tub/private onsen was way bigger than it seemed in the photos, and could easily fit 2 people at the same time. The onsen room was also way better looking than in the photos. Also, despite saying that it doesn’t serve dinner, the ‘light meals’ at the lounge are more than enough to satisfy given you can take as many as you want, and quite delicious. My favourite meals here were during the tea time though, so make sure not to miss it.
