Very nice guest house in yugeshima. Fullly equipped kitchen and bathroom as shared amenities. Rooms are not big, but very comfortable and nicely furnished. Location is quite out of the way, but the host made sure to pick us up from the ferry and had bikes available to rent.

We stayed one night as a stop on the Shimanami Kaido. It was a wonderful and relaxing place and the cottage was well equipped. Not much to do in the neighbourhood, and that was perfect for us after a day bicykling. Bring a Book or newspaper and enjoy the silence from the patio or the sofa by the window! Do your yoga on the patio! Remember to bring food, no shop or restaurant in the area. We had good contact with the owner to get keys and information but we never met.

The Nomad Inn is in a quiet, easy to get to location on the inland islands. Very spacious , well equipped kitchen for cooking, comfortable bedrooms and lounge, peaceful garden, and considerate host. We stayed two nights but try for more if u can. Yugejima is a delightful change from the busyness of the other islands, especially if you are cycling. By far the best value and nicest accommodation on the islands. We even caught up on some Netflix as we had a rainy day…and enjoyed Okonimayaki for lunch down at the Port. 3 minutes walk! 👍🙂

Beautiful place with excellent shared facilities, and very clean. We thought the semi double bed would be small but it was absolutely fine for 2 adults. This place was the perfect stop over during the Shimanami Kaido cycling route.
