It was very spacious, tidy and new. It also had a modern bathroom and shower. The yard was well landscaped and tranquil. The breakfast was also delicious and plentiful. The host was very welcoming and accommodating.

We loved everything here. Very charming property by the beach with really beautiful furnitures and very comfortable. The staff is amazing, they are caring, they do everything for you to feel good and have the best experience. They spot every detail for you. The chef deserves a micheline star. The food experience was delicious. It is the perfect place to recharge. Thank you to the staff of kalkudah beach house for making this place a wonderful moment for us.

We absolutely loved our stay here at Adi Residences. The Sri Lankan hospitality shown by the care takers, the kindest Aunty and Uncle, was incredible. From preparing us delicious cups of tea, to suggestions on where to eat and sharing some tasty home cooked food, it was like staying at a 'home away from home' throughout our travels. The apartments are new, comfortable and are equipped with everything you need and if something isn't there, rest assured uncle will be organising it for you in a matter of minutes. Thank you so much for having us, we loved spending time with you as we explored Batticaloa 😊

The villa is newly built. It is sparkling clean, the service is extremely good. In the kitchenette there is an air fryer, small electric stove and microwave. The host is attentive and helpful and speaks great English. Beautiful backyard to layback. We will definitely come back here if we are around. Mind that location is a bit off site but this was not a problem for us as we had a car.

Very nice spot to disconnect from the sri lankan chaos :) the beach beside is beautiful, and wild (careful in the sea since there are strong currents). The facilities are very well thought of, nice to connect with other travellers in a relaxed environment.

    Navva operates a guesthouse with 6 rooms, all located on the top floor. We had a large room with balcony. It had a double and single bed, plus T.V., kettle and a folding table and chair. The bathroom had good hot water. Good wifi. Breakfast consisted of egg, fruit and toast. The property is in a side road off of the main road in the centre of town, with a gate and private parking. Our host was helpful and interesting to talk with. He also helped us upstairs with our luggage, which was appreciated.
