I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Lion Hotel. The room was large, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view was just perfect. The staff were super nice and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Greenacres Leisure Resort, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making check-in quick and seamless. My room was impeccably clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area. The amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped fitness center, and a beautiful pool area. I also had the chance to dine at the hotel’s restaurant, where the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. What truly stood out was the attention to detail. What an amazing place. This is how I would define a true boutique Hotel. Few rooms, attention to detail, high quality bed & linen, very focused on the customer, top facilities in an amazing spot, great kitchen. In fact I found the place rather inexpensive for what it offered. The Hotel Manager Angelo and his staff are truly incredible and also owner who lives on the property comes out in the morning to have a chat with his customers. Not sure if I have ever given 10 stars but this place has clearly earned them - well done and keep up that quality !!!

Breathtaking views from the property, especially from the Deluxe apartment. Interior design is just perfect. It has all necessary facilities. Apartment was very clean. Overall it is not just a place to stay, it is a whole experience that we will never forget. I wish we could stay longer. The owner and his family extremely kind! Everything was just perfect. You HAVE TO stay at Paradise Itzu when in Sri Lanka.

As we arrived late, the host himself prepare the food to our liking and it was fantastic, e.g he prepared espcially non spicy food as some of us do not eat that spicy. Breakfast was equally good. He even arranged tuk tuks to pick us up from the train station as it was a little far.

Beautiful house and grounds. We were the only guests and the hotel really feels more like a private home. The staff set up tables in different parts of the garden at different times of day - lovely shady breakfast under the mangosteen tree, which a staff member nipped up to pick us the fruit! All the rooms are beautiful and spacious, the hotel has lots of nice places to sit with a drink or a book. Lovely pool. Delicious food. Filtered water on tap. Kind and thoughtful staff. Perfectly placed in quiet surroundings just outside Kandy, but easy to get in and out by tuktuk or car.
