This was a fantastic accommodation with an amazing view. The location was really good as it was close to many restaurants and high way entrance. There was a supermarket in the building and it was a very secure apartment. The pool was very useful and roof top was an added bonus. Bedroom were comfortable, all needed items for a comfortable stay was provided. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in sri lanka.

We stayed at this house for 2 days while on holiday. It is conveniently located closer to Kottawa Town. The property is next to a paddy field in a peaceful relaxing environment. It also has air conditioned clean rooms, full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. There is lot of space for kids to play and and strolling on the paddy fields was an extra. Host communicated proactively via the web site and gave us a number to contact for getting the key. He met us at the arrival and gave us a tour of the house. Overall extremely satisfied and great place.

Very convenient location near Maharagama centre near the Colombo-Batticaloa highway and at a few minutes from Kotte and Polwatta. The host is fully proficient in accommodating all nationalities and provides a plethora of amenities for either cooking, cleaning, or refreshments. He also was assisting to further my trip in the most budget friendly and efficient manner. All of it for an unbeatable value for money rate.

Such a great place! Madu, the host, is an extremely friendly lady who made me feel like home. Her care and service is beyond amazing. Make sure to try her Dahl as this was one of the best I had in 2 months traveling through SL. The room was clean and comfortable. If I come back to Colombo one day I would stay here again

I was really pleased with my stay in Ice Berg. Even if I arrived around midnight, they waited and welcomed me so warmly. They also upgraded my room which was a pleasant surprise after my long travel days. The studio was spotless, the AC and wifi worked perfectly and breakfast was delicious! My wife stayed there for 06 nights and here's her feedback. Breeze of paradise is a nice and safe homestay for an affordable price. The house has three rooms upstairs and 1 room downstairs with a kitchen and living room. The room is clean and equipped with all the basic amenities. They change bedsheets and towels every 2 days. You can cook if you like otherwise you can purchase their meals or order online. The hotel is closed by to Delkanda Junction and you can easily travel to near by cities. The place is quiet and no disturbance from any one. Mr.Suresh was welcoming and helpful.
