This was a fantastic accommodation with an amazing view. The location was really good as it was close to many restaurants and high way entrance. There was a supermarket in the building and it was a very secure apartment. The pool was very useful and roof top was an added bonus. Bedroom were comfortable, all needed items for a comfortable stay was provided. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again when I'm back in sri lanka.

We stayed at this house for 2 days while on holiday. It is conveniently located closer to Kottawa Town. The property is next to a paddy field in a peaceful relaxing environment. It also has air conditioned clean rooms, full kitchen, bathrooms, etc. There is lot of space for kids to play and and strolling on the paddy fields was an extra. Host communicated proactively via the web site and gave us a number to contact for getting the key. He met us at the arrival and gave us a tour of the house. Overall extremely satisfied and great place.

Me and one of my office colleague stayed at house of sincerity for three nights and I must say the place is really comfy. The place is so close to Maharagama town ( just walking distance to Wattegedara junction) and our stay was really great. The room has a pantry with gas cooker, microwave, mini fridge and other cooking stuffs which was really helpful. Akil, the owner is so supportive, friendly and assures the safety of the tenants. Will defenitly choose the place in future as well.

The hotel is just lovely: quiet place, everything is clean, big rooms with AC and fan, good pillows, hot water, TV and a pool, good wifi. We had a long flight, so it was perfect place to stay and have rest. We had very beautiful room on the 1st floor with a little garden. The hotel is not big, so you can feel privacy: I think only our family used the pool)) Very good kitchen, tasty breakfast and other menu. I would like to say thank you to the staff: they helped us with all the questions we had, starting from the taxi and sightseeing to the help with doctor. I definitely would recommend this place and will come again when visiting Colombo

Well quiet place. Friendly landlord.lot of helpful information. As a srilankan came from uk they offered string hopper and kiribath another day with fresh fruits and juice. Tea was great. My son loves coffee he loves too.Mr.kumara who serve food and room service with pleasant smile and humble. We love it. If we come we come again. Most place we been cheated with commends. This place is great. We wish them the best. Trust me you'll be enjoy. Because I don't want you'll be to disappointed. Speak the truth we traveller's as one. We don't don't each other. Wow! We chose this place because it was close to the Immigration office and to the place we were going to work, and because the pictures looked good. I usually take the pictures on Booking with a pinch of salt but at Villa 53 the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the place! It is all you see and more. We were literally welcomed with open arms as though we were old friends and not complete strangers. Sriyantha and Champi welcomed us into their palatial home with smiles and hugs and a delicious glass of ice cold juice. The rooms are incredibly spacious, with big comfy beds with thick duvets and soft pillows. The bathroom is huge with a walk in shower and a bathtub. The pool in the backyard is big enough to swim laps if you're so inclined, perfect temperature. We sat outside in the evening and enjoyed the beautiful garden, the birdsong and the soft perfume from the flowers. In the morning the ladies made us a wonderful breakfast of omelets and fruit, the first day and a Sri Lankan breakfast the second day. Both were great. The immigration office is a 5 minute walk from the Villa. Very convenient. Sriyanta drove us to a great restaurant in the evening and came an picked us up when we were done! Service above and beyond. We were sorry to have to leave and will definitely want to stay here again when we come back to Colombo. We arrived as strangers (not for long) and departed as (almost) family.

We booked very late notice due to flight delay and getting into Colombo late. He cooked us traditional Sri Lankan food and it was absolutely superb! He was kind and very accommodating. A very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend. He also organised a well priced taxi to Sigiriya in the morning
