Great riad, we felt super welcomed from the first second. The staff did everything to make us comfortable. The riad itself is very nicely decorated and located close to the market, but at the same time in a quiet location. We booked taxis and excursions from the riad, it may be just a little more expensive but it saved us a lot of time and made our stay relaxing and comfortable. I would especially like to mention the manager Soufiane, a very professional, helpful and simply pleasant young man, it was always a pleasure to talk to him. But actually whole team is great. Everything, specially the staff! The room was spacious, the bathroom was big enough as well, bed was comfy, too. You can ask your breakfast downstairs or on the rooftop which was excellent. The property is also really beautiful with good location, in the medina close to good restaurants, but also 5 mins from the blue gate Bab Boujeloud where the taxis are.

Our stay at Riad shauala was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The room was beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The riad itself is charming and well-maintained, with a lovely terrace where we enjoyed peaceful moments during the day and evening. The accommodation seemed incredible to us, everything was perfect. The location is very good, since if you don't want to cross the alleys of the medina you can access by bordering the wall from the outside and you can get there very quickly. A very convenient option if you don't feel like going out at night is to order dinner there, everything is very good and the menu is varied. Without a doubt, the best thing about the accommodation was the attention of our receptionist, who was attentive to everything and helped us with our many doubts and mishaps

Clean and spacious. Very kind owner and very friendly staffs. Convenient location to access main road and other parts of Madina - old city of Fes. Responsive, respective, very fast response to guest whenever requested, always consider guest in high priority, a local style tea is provided on requesting when we came back in a day trip. We received a warm welcome with Morocco local mint tea on arrival on first day. Staffs provided us a very good advise to tour old town, especially Badia had given us a lot of advise by carefully explanation and drawing on a map. Additionally breakfast is rich and big meal. nice night view on rooftop and nice water pool - in fact a small swimming pool in central of courtyard.
