The setting is magnificent. The team is very friendly and accommodating (we had to postpone our night twice due to illness and the manager very willingly accepted). We enjoyed the musical moment around the fire as well as the camel excursion at sunset. The tents are spacious and well furnished, the blankets sufficient to keep you from getting cold at night.

Wonderful real desert experience!!! You can get there by normal car (no 4x4 needed) though you have to drive carefully as the last part of the way is a gravel road. Larbi is a great host who will tell you about the real nomad life. The conditions are basic but it is close to real nomad life not in a style of a luxury tent. Bright stars at night, quietness and a very nice and honest host. I am sure one day we will be back to go with him to Erg Chegaga. Thank you Larbi for your kindness and stories you shared with us.

We were welcomed so warmly, with tea and snacks, were able to just arrive and relax. I really, really recommend coming here. I love everything about staying at Yaya's Guesthouse. The rooms, the courtyard, the living area and kitchen, all the wonderful carpets and decorations - just the general feeling one gets, of being at home. Yaya and his family and friends are the most wonderful hosts, I always choose to come back and then regret not having spent more time there. Also: there is no better breakfast in Morocco, because Yaya's omelette has not yet found its match and the bread from M'Hamids bakery is perfection. Just come and see for yourself!

A very nice and unforgettable experience. We had a great rest with our family. Our first contact with the desert. Davud and his family gave us a great welcome. The food was really good. I recommend that you let yourself be spoiled by the cuisine of their home. Davud organized a camel ride for us. Because it was too hot in our room, we slept on the terrace for two nights. Wonderful. I recommend.

This property is an authentic Berber camp, run by 2 brothers who are traditional Nomads. The experience was really great. We were fortunate that we were the only guests so we had the opportunity to really get to know Mohammed and Ali. What wonderful and interesting people. Ali is an excellent cook and made us possibly the best tagines that we have had on our trip to Morocco. We experienced a true Saharan desert sand storm… which was interesting. This hindered our activities a little bit, but there were plenty of games available to keep us busy. We stayed in the room with an attached bathroom and toilet, which made our lives easier. Our transfer to the camp, was the original fast track 4x4 ride through the desert, expertly driven by Mohammed.

We enjoyed our stay at Nomads Heaven Camp very much. Moloud is a very experienced host and guide, very proficient in different languages. Very friendly! Food was good and typical moroccon dishes for breakfast and dinner. Everything was reasonably priced. It was very quiet, approximately 6 km from Mhamid. You live in tent-like clay buildings. It was rather warm inside during the night. So we did not need warmer clothes inside. You can walk 200-300 m and you enter an area with smaller dunes with super fine sand. We just sat there and enjoyed a sunset and sunrise there. So it is "desert experience light". Be aware that the real desert with the big 100m high dunes is 60 km/ 2h away. Moloud could have organized a tour by 4x4 and/or camel. But that would have taken us more time, also one person had health issues. So ideally you spend 2-3 days. And stay in the "real" desert overnight.
