Although I did enjoy the fact that everything necessary was present and there were welcoming soft drinks, Idid enjoy something else the most: the very friendly exchange of information with the host. Although she could not be present in person, all communication went flawless and warm.

Emmanuel, Marion and their team were consistently professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. We were captivated by the stylish and beautiful design elements that permeated every corner of the hotel. Comfortable appartment with nice seaview. Equipped with all the amenities you need. We loved the bed in front of the balcony door, so we woke up with the sunset. Very quiet surroundings and a very nice beach walk to La Village at Orient Beach. There are no parking facilities on front of the building, but you can easily drive your car in front of the building to load and unload.

Our lovely hostess was always available if we were to need anything, she was super friendly and very helpful. We were able to utilise often the villa's lovely pool and sun deck, and vehicle parking was immediately outside our unit. Because of the hilly area, it is best to have a car. The drive from SXM airport is simple and getting to/from all the action on the Dutch side is also an easy drive - outside rush hour that is, lol. The location is approximately a 25 minute walk or 5 min drive to one the most famous and popular Caribbean beaches - Orient beach. The grocery shops are within a 2-5 minutes drive from the apartment: the Leader Price and the SUPER U. Perhaps the best pizza on the island "Pepe Pizza" is 1 minute away. There is a coin laundry just by the Super U market. We are looking forward to return there next year.

It is a comfortable room with a lot of nice details. We loved the outdoor shower and Sebastien the host went out of his way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Great to be able to rent kayaks to paddle in the lagoon and out to Pinel island. The secluded and beautiful beach of Grand Cayes is a ten minute walk from the house, perfect for a morning swim.

Very bright appartment, basic but well equiped, great location(even if you don't have a car for few days, beach in about 5minutes walking, also market not too far), and rather quiet location. The host was very friendly, willing to help (we had a problem with induction hub, and he came with in 15mimutes to fix it. Also parking Just right there. Would defenitely return
