We were received at the harbour and helped with the baggage. Than, we got welcome drink while we waited for our room. The Personal was always very nice and helpful. Majnur and the Bali Girls were always attending with their smile. The breakfast and dinner were everyday different and very delicious. I liked a lot the music and the ambiente in the afternoon. The location ist great. We can recomend this place 100%. Thanks Abdul for everything and sorry for the problem caused about my lost pocket, 🤦‍♂️. It was founded. Lot of success and all the best! We had an amazing 8night stay at the hotel. The staff was super friendly, helpful and respectful. We felt very welcomed. We booked full board, we could order a la carte, the menu was big and everything was very delicious. There is nothing we can mention, what wasn't good. The customer service was excellent. The air conditioning in our room at the Kaani Beach Hotel was not functioning properly, so they upgraded us for free to a room at the Kaani Palm Hotel down the street, which was a nicer hotel, amazing and beautiful. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always so friendly and kind.
