We loved everything! First of all Luis is a very friendly person who cares about his guests. He met us at night when we arrived at the place. He gave us advice about a lot of interesting places nearby to visit! Breakfast!!! It was really amazing! Also, in the morning you can hear a lot of different pleasant sounds of different animals/birds! Definitely recommend! If we will be in Chicken Itza again - we definitely prefer to stay here.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The hotel is very close to the Chichén Itzá archaeological site and the Tren Maya station. The hotel offers a free transport service to and from the train station and round trip transport to the archeological site for 100 MXN. The hotel restaurant offers good food at a very reasonable price. The room was very well designed and extremely clean. The room service, the pool and cocktails were all great. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend for any visit to Chichén Itzá.

Wonderfully relaxed place. The rooms I had was a spacious bungalow with a thatched roof right next to one of the pools. Shaded by giant trees and bamboo. Birds, iguanas and gekos. Dinner and breakfast were good. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. It’s vary close the Chichen Itza site.
