We spent 2 nights at the Blue Ecolodge and these nights were exceptional. First of all, Ahidel and Harry are very special persons. They are so warm, welcoming and generous, they make you feel like family. They also helped us for planning activities such as a tour at Chichen Itza, a city tour of Valladolid and lots of recommendations around the Yucatan peninsula. The rooms were amazing, super clean, comfortable beds, air conditioning, hot water…all the necessary for comfortable stay. The included breakfast was generous and of high quality. We also had, with extra fees, great holiday dinners and a delicious New Year brunch. The little town where the lodge is situated seemed safe, we went for a morning walk and saw a beautiful old church. It is really close to Valladolid and a good central point for a lot of other activities, like ruins, cenotes and cultural discoveries. Unfortunately, our stay at the Blue was too short and we were really sad to leave this place. We have met wonderful people there and we really had a good time. Thanks again for those beautiful moments, and hope we’ll have an opportunity to go back and spend more time at the Blue Ecolodge. Mélissa, Benjamin and family

This place was amazing, just what we were looking for. Everything was as expected and much more. The rooms and place is very clean and beautiful, and the owner is beyond kind. She led us through a holistic activity in the morning, even made us cappuccinos and gave us bananas. Everyone there was super friendly, and the place has the best vibe. We have travelled a lot and this was by far one of the best stays we’ve had. The room is clean and comfortable with great air con, but the best part was the family who host you. We were greeted with fresh watermelon juice and gorgeous dogs, they looked after us amazingly every day we were there, they even let us use their bikes! Breakfast was also delicious! Can’t recommend enough and we will definitely return! Thank you!!
