I'm sorry I don't remember the girls' names, but the staff was wonderful and caring, provided a lot of information. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with many small interesting interior details. The beds are very comfortable. Guests are free to use the large kitchen for their own needs. There is a parking space. The breakfast is presented tastefully, quite filling.

We loved the tasteful decor, a fusion of beautiful antiques, mexican elements and art. We loved the excelent varied breakfarst, which was served on a long table, where we got to know and talk to other guests. In our room, we loved the shower, which had a big glass wall into a litlle closed leafy space. All this, and the friendly staff (gold star for the manager Alberto), the accesibility for questions, suggestions, recommendation and advice made our stay at the beautiful Merida very cosy and intimate.

This hotel is so charming! We had a great time, there is so much love and detail in the interior, plus it’s Located in a quiet area, within a 10 minute walk to the center and right near the paseo de Montejo, the staff was super nice, breakfast was great
