The apartment was very spacious and there was everything you could possibly need for your stay. The bedrooms were lovely, we stayed here as a couple and my sister and it was really nice that she got to have the same size bedroom as my husband and I. The bedding and towels were very good quality. The kitchen was immaculate with every from a potato peeler to a microwave. The only issue was the frying pan was very burnt and unusable, guessing the owner didn’t know as maybe it hadn’t been reported.we all enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Modern on Malthus.

Clean Comfortable stay. Kids really enjoyed their sleep. Beds were perfect. Had everything we needed for our family, even had recommendations on their best fish and chips. Washer and dryer came in handy for the kids clothes.
