Mt Cook is a remote location and this hotel is amongst the only ones there. We had booked a 2 bedroom villa - excellent views of the snow capped mountains, very friendly reception staff , easy to pick up keys even a little late, car parking in front of the villa. The house is well insulated , irrespective of the temperatures outside. Comfy beds, neat, clean , daily service provided . We didnt go to the restuarants so cant comment on those . The best was the jaccuzi -most relaxing after the trek.

Staff were super friendly, rooms were comfortable and clean, and its location (only a 2 minute walk from the DOC Visitor Centre and with plenty of parking nearby) was super convenient too.

Idyllic setting right near the base of Mt Cook with fabulous facilities, tasty food and stylish room. Ample car parking and close to the Hooker Valley Track and other iconic hikes.
