Large room with comfy bed. Large ensuite with large shower but did have to step up into it. Full sized fridge available. Parking right outside the room.

Large comfortable room with rural views. Good Wifi, which is a must. Room clean and good basic kitchenette.. Easy parking outside door. Welcoming proprietor. Close to start of Highway 16 so we could skirt around Auckland

Friendly Staff. (Helen) Clean. They gave a jug of milk, and it lasted the two days we stayed. Close to the shops. Waipu and Warkworth close enough to do a day trip. Comfortable. Easy Parking. I would return again. Excellent blackout drapes in the bedroom.

Nicely furnished, well equiped kitchen, clean. The bed was comfortable. Nice sunny outdoor area. A good restaurant very close. A quiet location off the main street with plenty of space for parking.
